Allback's Linseed Oil Wax is made from purified linseed oil and beeswax. It can be used on all absorbent surfaces such as wood, concrete, and brick. It is ideal for the maintenance of previously painted matte surfaces.
Make your own shade by mixing the different colors of linseed oil wax with each other.
Application: Apply with a sponge, cloth, or stiff brush. Allow to penetrate the surface. Wipe off excess with a clean cloth. Coverage: 40 m² per litre (430 sqft per litre), depending on the substrate. Drying time: Approximately 24 hours at room temperature, with good ventilation and low humidity. Cures within a week.
Quick instructions for floors: Waxing untreated wooden floors is a simple, fast, and lasting treatment. Clean with a mild blend of Linseed Soap and water. Use a wet vacuum cleaner. Let dry. Apply with a rough sponge or a brush and wipe off excess after approx. 15 minutes. The waxing is finished directly without hazardous solvents or chemicals. The linseed oil wax absorbs into the wood and prevents water from penetrating. The surface is fully cured within a week, so be gentle .
Note: Linseed Oil Wax gives different results on different surfaces. Test first. See the Linseed Oil Wax section of the Concise Handbook for more detail.
