Returns

General Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for the full value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • in the original packaging.
Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Take special care to pack your return very well during return shipping. If your items are damaged in transit, we will not be able to offer a full refund for those items. Consult your shipper's packing guidelines to help you prepare your package for shipping. The cost of packing materials and other incidentals related to return shipping, such as insurance, border fees, and brokerage, are also the customer's responsibility.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item or its packaging not in its original condition
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    These aforementioned items may be eligible for a maximium refund of 50% of the original purchase value depending on their condition.
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
      Restocking Fees

      If your item is returned more than 30 days after delivery, it is subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

      Final Sales

      We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds, or exchanges of any kind under any circumstance after 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, then we consider your purchase final sale.

      Gift Cards

      Gift cards are non-returnable items and are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Building Lime Products

      Due to the nature of the material, sales of all building lime products are final.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

      Discounted items (if applicable)

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sagerestoration.com and send your item to:

      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you: You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later: We will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable

      You will be responsible for paying for your own costs for shipping, packaging, and other incidental costs related to returning your item(s), such as insurance, border fees, and brokerage. If we have helped to organize return shipping on your behalf, and if you receive a refund, the total cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Shipping time may vary

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      Shipping Service

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
