Allbäck Project Paint is a linseed oil paint made from a random mixture of colours left over during the manufacturing process of the standard linseed oil paint colours.
This paint makes an excellent base coat at half the price of the other linseed oil paint colours. For consistency of colour, mix all together in one large container.

I painted our tired deck with Iron Primer. It looks fantastic. It was fun to see how the deck was transformed into a beautiful space.

Our home exterior is about 1/2 transitioned over to linseed oil paint and I'm loving the colours and that fact that I'll never have to scrape paint again!

Game changing! What a wonderful experience. I had a couple of very worn outdoor wooden doors, definitely needing a makeover, and I was so sure that I would have to remove all the old paint and sand. This paint is so forgiving,! The door looks fantastic, and I had to do very little prep before painting. Highly. Highly recommend.

This paint is by far the easiest and most fun to apply, if you enjoy doing paint jobs with a brush. I am always amazed at how much it covers, 3 L can take you a long way. I've painted the entire house 8 years ago and it took as litte as 4 x 3 L, for 3 coats on old masonite that was first scraped, then thoroughly cleaned with linseed oil soap and prepped with linseed oil. It holds very very well. I'm planning on resurfacing with linseed oil next year, but I could easily afford to wait another couple of years. Given how long it lasts and how little it takes, this compares in costs to any other quality brand. Fun is extra ! I'm not a fan of leaving comments, but this product and this team deserve it. Thanks !

I don’t usually write reviews. This paint is amazing. Second year using it on very dry wood in bad condition on an old cottage. The transformation is spectacular, now the cottage is much stronger and will last longer. It DOES NOT PEEL OR CRACK. It makes the wood hard and shiny. The trick, with old wood, is to use lots of boiled linseed oil as a primer (they say to use raw linseed oil first, but I didn’t have that, so boiled it was). Fun to use, smells great, covers a lot, VERY SATURATED COLORS (I used old red). Could not be happier. They found a customer for life.
